Admission Rules

       Admission is given on the basis of the availability of seats. No child of less than 3 years will be admitted to Pre-school.Normally pupils are admitted only in the Pre-school section of the School. However, pupil coming on transfer will be admitted to the School with a Transfer Certificate from the School previously attended.
       Students who seek admission from outside Boisar District must produce the Transfer Certificates, countersigned by proper district education authorities.Pupil who seek admission in the School must produce his/her Birth Certificate issued by the municipal authorities or a Baptism Certificate (for Catholics), along with his/her Transfer Certificate. Irrespective of the time of admission, fees will be charged from the beginning of the academic session. No pupil will be admitted in any class higher than that for which the Transfer Certificate shows him/her to be eligible, nor will he/she be granted out of turn promotions.

1. Students are normally admitted into the KG section of the School. The minimum age required for admission into KG classes is three and half years.

2. Before a pupil admitted into the School, admission form must be duly filled in and signed by the parent or guardian.

3. The candidate has to seek fresh admission into class I, even if a student has completed his/her pre-primary section of the School.

4. The student who comes on transfer will be admitted into the school only when she/ he provide a valid Transfer Certificate from the previous school.

5. Pupils are not admitted to the higher classes until they have been tested. The right to admit the student to those classes for which they have been found fit is entirely reserved with the School authorities.

6. Parents/Guardians should take great care while filling the correct DATE OF BIRTH of the child as this will not be changed later at any cost.

7. If a student has to be withdrawn, Transfer Certificate will be issued on a request in writing by the parent. In the addition Rs.50/- will be charged as TC. Fee. The School office requires at least 24 hours providing a valid TC.

8. Transfer Certificate will be issued to the students only when all dues to the School have been paid.

Rules for the Payment of Fees

1. Fees will be collected from 05th to 15th of calendar months. Fees can also be deposited on the 24th and 25th of the calendar month along with a fine of Rs50/- The fee will be collected in the school office on the above mentioned days from 08.30 am 12.30 pm. Kindly go through the instruction given in the fee book.

2. The last date for clearing all the dues of the academic year is I 5th of February. Only after submitting all their fee dues the student will be permitted to sit for the final examination.

3. Parents have the option to deposit fees for the whole terms/year together in advance if they find it convenient.

4. Fees once remitted will not be refunded.

5. All issues regarding the fees should be taken up directly with Principal.

School Dress Code

   The student must attend the school only in the prescribed School uniform; a student not in full uniform will not be allowed to attend the School.

1. The student's dress and grooming should reflect high standards of personal conduct. His/her attire should promote a safe and a positive atmosphere within the school Parents/guardians need to be aware of the school's dress code and make sure that their wards conform to those requirements.

2. The following will be considered inappropriate:
      i) Accessories such as gold silver chains, rings, ear rings and any other form of jewelry.
      ii) Applying henna, gel, coloring of hairs, long nails, nail polish and tattoos etc..

3. Decency and good taste demands that students wear vests, under-garments in the school.

4. Specifications related to hair:
      i) Boys must have close cropped hair.
      ii) Girls will have to wear white stretch bands.
      Iii) In case hair length falls below the shoulder level it must be braided into two plaits.

Please note: Parents will be contacted if the school administration feels that the student’s dress code is violate the school norms or if the student's appearance creates indiscipline or is a safety hazard.
